    CONCEPTUAL (FRONT END) ENGINEERING

    This stage evaluates and defines the conceptual approach to develop a project. This is done by the following activities:

    • Technical and economical analysis for proposed process engineering alternatives
    • Technical and economical analysis to select the best alternative for project site and facilities layouts
    • Preliminary studies and preliminary layouts
    • Identification of long term equipment and materials delivery

    BASIC ENGINEERING

    Once Conceptual Engineering has been completed, the Basic Engineering is executed performing the following activities:

    DETAIL ENGINEERING

    Once Basic Engineering has been completed and approved by the client, the Detail Engineering is executed performing the following activities:

    • Earth movement designs (platforms, roads, pavement designs)
    • Drainage designs
    • Structural designs
    • 3D piping modeling to prepare aligment sheets, layouts and isometrics.
    • Mechanical equipment sizing (pressure vessels, storage tanks, rotative equipment, etc)
    • Data sheets for equipment (static and rotative) and for instruments
    • Automated Control System
    • Specialized engineering studies (Cathodic protection, leak detection, piping stress analysis, water hammer, hydrological and hydraulic studies, geological and geotechnical studies, etc)
    • Construction detail drawings for all engineering disciplines
    • Update construction drawings incorporating suppliers information
    • List of materials for all disciplines
    • Reference budget

    ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

    ENERCAM S.A. provides services for both engineering and construction supervision in projects related to the oil, industrial and mining areas, employing well proven technologies and according to applicable standards and with the best practices of quality control, project control and document control.




    CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

    ENERCAM S.A. performs construction supervisión to assure that construction contractors comply with: scope of work, detail designs, project programmed schedule, quality of materials, applicable international standards, safety and environmental regulations, and finally cost control to assure that costs are within the construction reference budget; this in order to obtain a project that entirely satisfy client expectations, protecting their interests and goals. ENERCAM S.A. has highly specialized engineers in all disciplines who have the capable technical experience to perform inspections, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) of equipment and materials and lab tests if required by the client.





    ENGINEERING SUPERVISION

    ENERCAM S.A. performs engineering supervisión to assure that consulting companies encharged of the engineering of the projects comply with: scope of work, applicable international standards, project programmed schedule and the experience and technical qualifications of proposed technical staff who perform the engineering. In order to achieve the above supervision goals, ENERCAM S.A. has the capable technical staff with appropriate experience to fulfill these tasks.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Project Management initiates with project planning, administration and control and finally its closure. In order to achieve this goal, ENERCAM S.A. applies for project planning and administration, methods and procedures supported by IT (Information Technology) resources such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.

    The main purpose of the Project Management is to comply with and make comply with project goals such as: excellence in performance, quality of works, meet scheduled milestones, costs within the budget, prepare bidding documents, evaluation of bidders proposals for equipment and materials, approve FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), meet environmental regulations and all others required by the client.
